The descriptions of bugs that you, the users, send for us to resolve is called a Report. When you file a bug-related report, if you can follow the following rules and requirements only then will these reports have any true effective-ness.

- The report should be as descriptive as possible
EX) After the language begins and the start bottom is pressed.
a 'server connection error' error message appears and the launcher.
- Please copy the error message exactly and completely.
- Go to the lower left [Start] Button then click the [Run] button and then finally type dxdiag into the Window.
A popup window will appear. In that window the re will be a button on the button with a [Save all information] label, please click it. Once that is done this will save all information about your pc's status into a file. Open that file and copy all content within to the bottom of your report.

 Only label those written submissions regarding bugs with the subject line Report in order to optimize the speed
which we deal with such issues.
For fraudulent Reports, there may be punishments applied.
